Report someone practising without registration
If someone is designing or supervising buildings without being on the register, tell us. You do not need proof and you do not need to be their client.
What to report
What we need from you
The name of the person or firm, and any registration number they have claimed. Where and when the work was offered or carried out. Anything you hold in writing — drawings, a quotation, a card, a message. And how we can contact you.
Send what you have. An incomplete report is more useful than none, and we will come back to you if more is needed.

Not the same as a complaint
This route is about registration. If your concern is the conduct or the work of someone who is registered, use the complaints procedure — a different process with a different outcome. If you are unsure which applies, send it here and we will route it.

Not sure? Search the name — most reports begin with a search that returned nothing.
