Using the register as proof
For most purposes inside Rwanda, a printed confirmation from the public register is enough. It carries the date it was checked, it is free, and anyone can produce it.
Before a tender deadline
Request a letter of good standing well before any tender or foreign registration deadline — processing is not instant.
